Aquaforce Volunteer Awards 2007

2007 Nominations

Following on from the success of the 2006 inaugural Aquaforce Volunteer Awards the Amateur Swimming Association is delighted to announce that nominations are now open for the 2007 Aquaforce Volunteer Awards.

This year we are pleased to be able to add two new categories including Young Volunteer (25 and under) Award and Long Service Award (25 years or more volunteering).  There are four categories in total which include

- Outstanding contribution to club
- Outstanding contribution to county or region
- Long Service Award
- Young Volunteer Award

All nominations should be made to your ASA regional office by 1st July.  After the regional winners are chosen they will automatically be nominated for the national awards.  Each national winner will win tickets for yourself and a guest to attend the World Short Course at Manchester in April 2008 with dinner and accommodation included.

To nominate someone it’s a simple process.  All you need to do is complete the nomination form and return it to your regional office by 1st July 2007.  Please circulate this to other people who may wish to make a nomination.

Please direct any questions to
