Youth Hockey Carnival

1. A Lecture about the importance of Youth participation in  Hockey 
2. A Lecture on behalf of the Technical Experts (Umpiring & Coaching)
3. Skills Training with mini Hockey
4. Establishment of the Youth Forum
5. A lecture on how to become a Youth leader
6. Program with Youth leaders (How to get together to work on development & how to coordinate the work of the youth leaders).

Aim of the event:
To develop Youth Administrators and youth Technical Experts

Result of the event:
To establish a Youth Forum, Youth Technical Expertise and to build up a network of Youth leaders in each district

Follow up:
Each districts’ Youth Forum to meet once a month and share their knowledge, also to develop their Technical matters (Umpiring & Coaching). Sri Lanka Hockey federation Development Committee members to follow up on the initiatives
